She encouraged realtors to actively seek opportunities to provide value to individuals on these lists, ultimately making it a part of their daily habits. Additionally, Campbell provided insights into the essential weekly habits for real estate agents, emphasizing the significance of regular customer service calls and live interviews to build and maintain connections with clients.

Campbell passionately discussed the pivotal role of mindset in Ninja Selling, highlighting the three keys to success: mindset, skillset, and action. She emphasized the significance of maintaining a low positive state for effective operation and provided personal examples of how to shift between the four energy quadrants. Brittany's engaging presentation underscored the importance of self-awareness and the ability to check oneself to ensure a positive mindset for optimal performance.

​The meeting concluded with Brittany Campbell delivering a compelling message about the power of building relationships through meaningful conversations based on the F-O-R-D framework, which encompasses family, occupation, recreation, and dreams. She illustrated how understanding and engaging with individuals on a personal level can lead to providing genuine support and value, ultimately strengthening connections. Campbell encouraged participants to have forward conversations with two people over the phone and share their experiences. The team also discussed plans for upcoming Agent Success Rallys. On July 11th, the topic will be the buyer consultation, and on October 10th, the topic will be F.O.R.D. Conversations.
