Broker. Investor. Educator. Combat veteran. Central Texan for more than 20 years.
The Army brought me to Fort Hood, now Fort Cavazos, in 2004. The people, opportunities, and sense of community are what made me stay.
Since then, I have watched Central Texas grow, invested in its neighborhoods, raised my family here, and built a career helping others find their own place within it.
Nearly Two Decades of Real Estate Experience
I have been a real estate investor since 2009, giving me firsthand experience with property acquisition, financing, renovations, management, and the long-term realities of property ownership.
That background allows me to help clients look beyond the immediate transaction. My goal is to help them make informed decisions that support their broader financial and personal objectives.
Experience Beyond the Textbook
As the broker and founder of Fay Group Real Estate, I coach and mentor real estate professionals throughout Central Texas.
I have built my career around education, problem-solving, and navigating the difficult situations that do not always fit neatly inside a textbook. Whether a transaction is straightforward or unusually complex, my role is to provide clear guidance, protect my clients’ interests, and help them move forward with confidence.
A Strategic Approach to Representation
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors, but effective representation is not about trying to be everything to everyone.
It is about listening carefully, understanding the objective, anticipating problems, and developing the right strategy for each client and each transaction.
My goal is not simply to get clients to the closing table. It is to become a trusted real estate resource they can call long after the transaction is complete.
Beyond Real Estate
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children and remaining involved in the Central Texas community.
As a combat veteran, I am especially committed to supporting military members, veterans, and their families, including through my involvement with veteran organizations such as Irreverent Warriors.
