​Brittany delved into a detailed strategy for nurturing client relationships over the first six-week period of the 8x8 campaign, emphasizing the combination of art and science in communication. She discussed the use of emails, snail mail, phone calls, and in-person meetings to establish a strong rapport with clients, highlighting the need for genuine interest and personalized interactions. Brittany stressed the importance of staggered outreach to maintain a consistent presence without becoming overwhelmed , and she underscored the value of actively listening to clients' needs and offering solutions. ​Additionally, Brittany mentioned the use of KV Core for setting up and managing the 8x8 campaign, showcasing the practical application of technology in relationship building.
